Acceptable Use Policy
The following policy governs the use of the efelisite.com Service by User. User will comply with the terms and spirit of the Agreement.

Service provided
Publicity any inspiring materials, biography, arts or quotes and user will be able to share them with others through efelisite.com.
Advertise user company or use of our 'Adventisement panels' at a nominal fee, and in all of our Affiliate Sites at the same time, to optimize the result.

Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL efelisite.COM OR ITS LICENSORS OR RESELLERS BE LIABLE TO USER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE efelisite.COM SERVICE, THE PERFORMANCE OF efelisite.COM SERVICE, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS PROFIT, BUSINESS STOPPAGE, LOSS OF DATA OR BUSINESS INFORMATION, COMPUTER DAMAGE, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR CHANGES MADE TO USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES. IN NO EVENT WILL efelisite.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF WHAT efelisite.COM RECEIVED FROM USER FOR THE efelisite.COM SERVICE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO USER.

Storage
efelisite.com hold no responsibility for the deletion or failure to store, deliver or timely deliver messages or in grant all materials received will be published on site. efelisite.com has set no fixed upper limit on the number of materials a member may send or receive through the service.

Publicity
efelisite.com retains the right to determine whether or not User's conduct is consistent with the letter and spirit of the user agreement. efelisite.com reserves the right to stop material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable limits to be published on site. This constitutes a change to the user agreement and efelisite.com will review of any changes to the user agreement as stated in the Modification section below.
User shall not create, publish, distribute, or permit any written material that makes reference to us without first submitting such material to us and receiving our written consent, which we agree shall not be unreasonably withheld.User shall not use the efelisite.com Service in a manner which violates any city, state, national or international law or regulation.
SOLELY IN CONNECTION WITH efelisite LINKS, TO USE THE EFELISITE.COM TRADEMARK AND LOGO AND SIMILAR IDENTIFYING MATERIAL RELATING TO US
USER SHALL FIRST NOTICE US OF ANY SUCH INTEREST OF LINKING EFELISITE TO THEIR SITES AND SHALL ONLY DO SO UPON RECEIVING OUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. USER SHALL NOT ALTER, MODIFY, OR CHANGE THE LOGO OR MATERIALS IN ANY WAY.

Obligations
User will be solely responsible for the all materials that are post to efelisite site. Such responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the accuracy and propriety of materials posted; ensuring that materials posted to us do not violate or infringe upon other proprietary right of any other person or entity or otherwise illegal (including all related materials found in others site or breach, conflict with, or constitute a default under any agreement or other instrument applicable over all areas/ fields that can be found; infringe upon any trademark, trade name, service mark, copyright). Further, user will indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, damages, and expenses relating to the contents of all materials post.

Relationship of Parties
User and efelisite.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. User will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. User will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this Section.

Modification
efelisite.com reserves the right to modify the efelisite.com Service as described in the Agreement and on the site, and to change the terms and conditions of the Agreement. It will be users responsibility to review the new Terms and Conditions Agreement and updated descriptions of the efelisite.com Service on the site, from time to time, to be aware of any such amendments. User continued participation shall constitute your acceptance of any such amendments and be bound by the terms of the modified Agreement.

Disclaimers
efelisite.com do not associate with the statements & materials posted by users. Once logged in/particpate, a user will be deemed to have read & accepted the Terms & Conditions.
